5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the day you receive the product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• in original condition and packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5.2 Digital Content and Online Courses

For digital products and online courses, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun.

By purchasing an online course, you expressly agree that:

• the service begins immediately upon granting access
• you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the course content is provided

Therefore, no refunds are available after access has been granted, including in cases where the access period (e.g. 6 or 12 months) has already started.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Physical products are shipped worldwide via postal services (e.g. Hungarian Post) unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination and parcel characteristics.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the goods.

If your parcel arrives damaged, you should report the issue to the carrier immediately.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
• Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in Section 5
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method

The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet the required conditions.
